Out of Space error on large partition

Hi folks, SuperDuper! is suddenly telling me my OS drive cannot Smart Update to my Firewire OS partition.

My OS drive is 250G, only 30.5G is used by OS data. It has been updating to a FW partition of 50G.

The first error occurred after I had copied an iTunes library to this system. Of course, it was too big for the FW drive. I moved it to my data drive, reducing the OS drive back down to its normal 30G. Since then, all Smart Updates have failed.

The error log is below. Any suggestions? Do I have to do a fresh backup of the OS drive?
