Copy only specific files from multiple source volumes
I read the FAQ about how to exclude everything, then tell SuperDuper! to copy specific files. The question is will this same script work from two different volumes?
I would like to run a Scheduled Smart Update to backup ONLY my iTunes folder on my Boot drive and my iPhoto folder on my Media drive (a Volume attached via USB) to a Backup Drive. I have selected the script values as follows. (ignore) * (ignore) .* (copy) Users/Username/Music (copy) Volumes/Media Drive/Photos/iPhoto I am asking, as this is a Terabyte of data and the script builder doesn't show the entire path in the second item (it's a bit of a drag to play trial and error). Thanks for your help with this. |
