Image errors under Tiger.
In some situations, creating "direct images" under Tiger can fail due to bugs in Tiger's version of a low-level tool used to create and convert these images. This is typically associated with using compression, along with certain image sizes.
To work around these problems, follow the instructions in this FAQ.
