netTunes remotes the extent of the iTunes window. If the window includes other windows that are forced "on top" of it, those windows can be interacted with. There's really not a lot we can do about it -- except maybe requiring a password to access netTunes. However, there is something you can do. If you move the window so that it's above the dock area, you won't get the dock along with the window, and you won't be able to run anything from it as easily. If you want a larger iTunes window, you can also set the dock to hide. Does that help?
