Thanks again Dave, but no luck:
ditto returns an error: ditto: /usr/share/man/man1/gendsa.1ssl: Input/output error As an old UNIX geek from way back in AT&T UNIX System III and System V days of the mid 80-s, this has been a fun return to the world of the command prompt, by the way. I suspect, even though a clean fsck ran, that removing this file may just clear one error to find another if there is a munged file system. Oddly, I CAN run "man gendsa" on it successfully--returning a brief Open SSL man page entry. I will try removing it next unless you have another idea. Steve |
