Yet another partition scheme question
I'm sure you get tired of GUID vs. APL partition scheme ?'s, but here goes.
If I want to back up data (not make a bootable drive) between a partition on a drive formatted GUID and another partition on a 2nd drive formatted APL, are there any special precautions I need to take when using SD! ? Specifically, can I use SD! residing on an Intel, SD! residing on a PPC, or SD! residing on either backup to copy data between the two differently-formatted drives? I want to be able to access the data with both a PPC and an Intel. Thanks. |
