Smart Update Seems to be Ignored
I back up weekly using Smart Update.
After the last update the display indicated that only 600 MB out of 18GB did not need copying. As a consequence the backup took over 2 hours insted of about 20 minutes. The first time I backed up it took 20 minutes. The second time it took a lot longer since only 2 GB did not need copying. I am backing up to an external Firewire drive and using OS 10.4.7 |

OK. Please get your settings the way they should be and run an update, then send the log to me at the support email address (or click "Send to shirt pocket" in the log window (Cmd+L)). I'd like to take a look.
