Cloning SSD to a new SSD

When purchased Mercury Extreme from OWC, techs were most insistent the drive not be cloned, rather clean install of Snow Leopard and use of Migration Assistant to copy things over.

Now about to install a larger capacity Falcon SSD. What is the best way to clone, SD or Disk Utility's Disk Restore?

I don't know why they would have said that, except that perhaps they didn't understand that we simply copy files - we don't copy "sectors".

Anyway, I like using SuperDuper, of course. But it's up to you..
