Stalling
I just recently purchased Super Duper! and I am having troubles backing up my Macbook Pro onto a WD Passport 120GB hard drive. When I attempt to backup my hard drive, the process proceeds smoothly until 2.36GB has been copied and then Super Duper! stalls permanently. Can anyone explain why this is?

Are you copying directly to the drive, or to an image?

Directly to the drive....why? (Thanks for the fast response, btw)

Just want to make sure you're not running into a FAT32-image-fails-at-4GB issue. It's likely copying a large file at this point -- drop me a line to support and I'll provide you with a command you can use to figure out what's being copied...

Dave:
It might be a large file, but it stays stalled for several hours (at least that's how long it has stayed stalled until I shut it down). How do I direct email directly to you at support? -Garret |

Just email to the support address. It all goes to me.
