Can I (should I) SmartUpdate a CCC clone?
Hey Folks,
If this question has been asked & answered a dozen times already, I sincerely apologize for being #13, but I searched & didn't find anything... Like everyone else, I've been using Carbon Copy Cloner to backup my Leopard HD while I've been patiently waiting for the SuperDuper! update. Now that SD! 2.5 is here, can I simply use SmartUpdate update to bring my CCC backup up-to-speed; or should I just start from scratch and use the "Erase, then Copy" mode to start fresh? Thanks in advance for any input... Cordially, Richard Last edited by RFMoya; 02-06-2008 at 03:21 PM. Reason: Keep my 6th grade English Teacher happy... |
