Sorry, I was not accurate enough. I did create the Partition with Disk Utility and then an erase/copy of the internal HD to an external HD with SuperDuper. After that the partition scheme was apple...

using the script "erase then copy" creates an apple instead GUID partition on my MacBook. :confused:
Is there a option to set to get the correct partition scheme?
