Smart Backup of SD sparse bundle images over internet

I create bckups weekly using SuperDuper! both to a local FW driver and to a network drive into a Sparse Bundle disk image.

I am wanting to Smart Backup the actual disk image over the internet to my office for an offsite backup.

Let's assume for the moment that my bandwidth will allow this.

I am pretty sure given my experience with SD that doing this over AFP or SMB is not going to be fast.

Does anyone know of a nice GUI friendly program that will accomplish this task besides SD? If SD will do this efficiently, then by all means correct me. I have been looking at ChronoSync and Agent for this type application.

I would appreciate any help on this subject. Thanks!
