Backup Failed

I'm on a Mac Pro with 10.4.11 Copying my 250GB system disk to an external 1.5TB FW800 drive and about 35GB's into the process I got the following error:

"Failed to copy from Macintosh HD to CHUCK"

Since it didn't get very far before failing I will delete the alreadycopied data from the target disk and try again to see if it fails again in the same place. I have already sent to shirt pocket.

There's no real need to post here and send email, Chuck. I've already responded to your support request (a corrupt file on the source that can be fixed with Disk Utility).
