First Problem with SuperDuper
Hi Dave: I have been using 1.5.5. (think that's correct) for quite a while, and it has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. So, with great anticipation I downloaded the new version of SuperDuper today. Alas, it has given me only grief. Every time I start up the application, it quits within about five seconds. In addition, I have been unable to pull up the pdf user's manual from the disk image. The "Read this First" file comes up fine. But clicking on the user's manual icon gives me nothing.
I am running Panther 10.3.9, so it should be compatible with Version 2. michael klein |

It should indeed. Could you please send your crash log into the support email address? I'll take a look and see if we can find a cause.

Exactly the same problem with Tiger (10.4.3). I've already sent the crash log.
update: I can open/read the PDF file. Last edited by simbalala; 11-23-2005 at 11:44 AM. Reason: update |
