I've done a clone this morning and it took ca 16 minutes. Yes, I've installed iWork08 trial, I know it must have been a 300-400 MB install.
Would you recommend to follow your advice earlier in another thread - to repair the internal driv You wrote: "Please boot from your OSX Install Disc and run Disk Utility from the Installer or Utilities menu (the bold one that says "Installer" next to the Apple menu at the top of the screen, or the Utilities menu, depending on the version of the disc). Then, use the First Aid tab to repair the drive, using the buttons on the right (NOT Repair Permissions on the left). Repeat until no problems are found, then try again." Thanks very much. |
