I've been asked, in support, why some source drives are selectable, and why some aren't. Here's an explanation:
SuperDuper makes any unbootable drive unselectable in the source pop-up by default. To allow a non-bootable drive to be copied, hold down the Option key when clicking on the pop-up -- this will enable all potential sources.
