Thunderbolt External Bootable Drive?
Hey Dave...
Having used SuperDuper! for years with great success via both FW400 and FW800 bootable external cloned drives, I'm curious whether you can report any experience with cloning to an external Thunderbolt drive (needs to be bootable); and if yes, what about doing this in a daisy chain mode where an Apple display also uses Thunderbolt? This would be for Mountain Lion, btw. |

If the Mac's firmware support Thunderbolt boot, it should work fine. We've seen a lot of problems with Apple thunderbolt displays, though, although usually when chaining through to USB or FW ports.
