Dave: I'm a slacker, so please pardon me on that.
I wanted to thank you for all the work you did on helping me get to a resolution on this issue. You really went "above and beyond" on helping me get through this issue. While I still don't know what happened to cause the problem, the resolution was quite simple: I did an "Erase destination and full backup" of the internal drive to the external backup drive and after that SuperDuper! has worked exactly as expected ever since. So again: Thank you, Dave. You're persistent and amazingly easy to work with! |
