Internet Backup

Is there a way to use SuperDuper to backup information from my studio to a hard disk at my home across the internet?
I'm not overly concerned about data security, I just want to be able to schedule the backups to run to my home so I have the information in both locations.

SD! really isn't designed for WAN backups, no.
