Superduper fails after upgrade to Snow Leopard

It says "Failed to enable ownership on SuperDuper Mybook". SuperDuper Mybook" is the name of the target drive. This happens after I upgraded to Snow Leopard. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.
