Need my 1st backup/ stupid Xtra partition holding me back!

I'm going to perform my first backup ever (non DVD), now that i finally have the extra hard drive. (750 MB Hitatchi Seagate Yay!) But there IS a PROBLEM.

I once created a 2nd Microsoft partition on the original hard drive and, and before i backup my first drive info to the new hard drive, i want to eliminate the MS partition.. as far as i can see, it is useless, first, because it isn't mounted.. (i designed it to be used via Bootcamp and a version of Office, but it was never used and never will be... LOL) and second because it was an experiment gone wrong. LOL

I have a few pictures of the exact Disc Utility contents of each hard drive. If it is needed.

Basically, i just want to know how to do my first backup, but not have any junk attatched in the process. It would really suck to have this stupid MS partition duplicated everytime i do a backup! : ) Y' KNOW??

We only copy one partition at a time, doofmaczemy... so, if you don't select them, they're not copied.

OK,
so it's obvious you are not the authority on how to eliminate the partition, Apple is.. But can you tell me at what point Superduper allows you to actually choose which partitions to duplicate? Or is it all "self-evident"

It's self-evident...

Eliminating the partition is not easy, but you can either copy/erase-the-drive/restore or use something like iPartition to do it "live"...
