SD Lion Upgrade Strategy
I currently am running Snow Leopard on my iMac I7, with SD and Time Machine backups on the same external drive. I would like to create a new partition on the Mac for Lion. (Reason, still some irreplaceable apps that only run PPC) Do you have a recommended SD strategy for doing this? (Would like to then have a SD Lion clone on the same external drive) I hope this makes sense. Can this be done? What do you recommend?

If you have apps that only run PPC, and they're critical/irreplaceable, why are you moving to Lion at all?
