HELP - restoring but not enough space

Hi There,

I had to do a complete wipe of my hard drive, and now I'm ready to restore my files from my external hard drive using Superduper. The problem is, that every time I try to do that (by pressing Option upon bootup, then selecting WD to boot up with, then walking through "copy all" with Superduper), it gets part way through then says there is no room.

I am guessing this is because over the years I've done several backups onto WD, so it has used up 160G of space. My hard drive on my computer is 80G. so my question is, isn't there a way to pick and choose which backup to use? I back up every few months, so there are a lot of different options. Can't Superduper choose the most recent backup and only copy the files from that one? And if so, how do I do this?

Additionally, now, every time I try to boot up to my regular hard drive, it prompts me for a password and my password no longer works. So now I am unable to just boot up to the computer itself. Any idea why this would be happening?? After the regular "copy all" didn't work, I selected the Sandbox option...did this reset my password somehow?

PLEASE HELP. I'm definitely treading in uncertain waters here and don't want to mess anything up again.

Here is the error report:
