SuperDuper is locking up

I have tried several times and rebooted inbetween to correct. SuperDuper is locking up when I try to back up. It works fine until it gets to the same spot just under 1g being loaded, and about 4 minutes into backuping, and then it locks up. It has done the same thing 4 times. i have waited figuring it was just copying a large file but it does go any further and remains locked up. WHY?

Well, Bruce, his wasn't a lockup at all: it was just copying a large file (his FileVault volume). Yours might be doing the same thing... how long have you left it?

After posting I found a thread that suggested using lsof to figure out what SuperDuper was doing.. sure enough.. a large file was being backed up.

Thanks,
Bruce
