Tiger to Leopard with Tiger Backup

I had tiger on my macbook pro. I ran superduper and have a bootable backup that looks exactly like my machine before I installed leopard.
When I installed leopard I erased my drive and installed, and got to the migration assistant and library was greyed out but everything else transfered.
My computer doesnt look or have the structure that it had before leopard.
How can I install leopard and mirror my old computer, but now with leopard?
The migration assistant didnt seem to work.
With time machine I can just point it to a time machine backup and it restores it exactly as it was!
