want to erase file only

i have a WD pro 500 gb.

I partitioned it into two

One for backup and one for iTunes and iPhoto.

I made a mistake and I want to remove a file from the partition for iTunes

How can i do that ???

hate to be a pain but the drop down window does not indicate anything

Greg
