SuperDuper Stops Backing Up

I'm using Snow Leopard with a Macbook Pro. Lately I've noticed Superduper will try to back up, but basically stall. It happens with smart updates or full backups of my entire drive or just my user folder. I'm using SD 2.6.2. The last time it ran for 1:26 and backed up 117gb of data, and then just stopped backing up more even though the clock kept running. I logged in with the Shift key down.
