Updating SuperDuper backup with Time Machine contents

I've restored a machine from a SuperDuper bootable disk image, but the image was about two weeks old and I'd like to bring it completely up to date from a Time Machine backup. (I don't have Time Machine do full backups -- just documents and Library items.) Is there some fast and easy way to do the update?

I know I can use Migration Assistant to restore the Time Machine files into a separate account and then manually copy over the latest versions of files, but it seems like there's got to be a better way. (Especially since MA doesn't want to restore the Time Machine files into the administrative account...)

Thanks,
Brad
