Backup folder to folder
How can i backup folder to folder or disk to folder

I responded to your support question about this, but while you can select folders to copy (with a copy script), you can't select a destination "folder". But, you can use a sparse image, and put that in a folder.
See the FAQ entry "how do I update an image" for more information. Hope that helps.
