Using Super Duper
I downloaded the trial version of Super Duper and clicked for it to be installed in applications, however I can't open the users guide. Nothing happens when I click on it. A box came up asking what I wanted to copy and where so I clicked on Macintosh HD to my external drive but I don't think it worked because it only took a couple of seconds and now when I click on the external drive I just get Super Duper again. I would be very grateful for some help please

After posting this thread I read a similar thread where they were advised to download again so I tried that and it appears to be working! Should have looked properly before posting!

No problem at all; glad you're set.
