Unhappy I need to return SD

While I'm sure SD is excellent for what it does. But I felt mis-lead (unintenionally of course) by the slogan "Data recovery for mere mortals.". In my case I purchased this to recver the files inside an unmountable sparseimage file. I played aroun with SD a bit, but could not figure out how to do so! Since it doesnt recover this back-up file I want to know if I can get my money back.

Once again it seems like a nice program but right now I just need to recover this sparse image.

Thank you
Clyde

Please send email to support, Clyde. (Did you read the page? It's quite clear that we're a backup program, not a program that salvages damaged sparse images...)
