backing up to external hard drives attached to time capsule

I'm new to this, so please bear with me.

I have an iMac which backs up wirelessly to a 1tb Time Machine, which is in turn linked by USB to several hard drives.

I have all my photos and movies on an external hard drive attached to my iMac by a USB2 connection.

Can I set up automatic wireless backups of my photos/movies to one of the external hard drives attached to my Time Machine using SuperDuper!?

Sorry if this question has been discussed already- I couldn't find the answer using the search tool. Thanks for any help.

dok.
