Error with Boot Camp & MacBook Pro EFI Firmware errors

I upgraded my MacBook Pro Hard drive to 250 GB (good)!

I used SuperDuper to copy the old drive to the new one (good)!

The MacBook Pro upgrade works great, and I have a 250GB startup volume now (GREAT)!

I can't run certain Apple utilities like Boot Camp or the EFI Firmware updater (bad)!

The error I get with Boot Camp is:

"The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition

Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again."

Any ideas?
