Does a Parallells Windows VM get backed up properly?

I don't use Boot Camp. I installed Windows XP using Parallels.
When I backup my drive using SuperDuper, does it copy/clone everything
needed to get me back up seamlessly if I lose my main drive, Mac OS
AND Windows using Parallels?

Dan
