Sending email after scheduled copies
Apologies if this was already answered someplace, I couldn't find this searching the forum but I'm new here...
![]() After 2 months of trying out a competitor's product, I gave up and got SuperDuper! to backup my server every night reliably. Wohoo! But I want SD! to email me when it's completed it's scheduled copy. I set the "after completion..." action to execute a script and it does that. But only when I manually run the backup script. It doesn't get triggered when I do scheduled backups. Looking into the script it's not obvious how to add an "execute arbitrary command after copy completes". I'd like to have SD! email me a "success" or "failure" status when it's done doing its chore. How do I do that? Thanks, bill |

Install Growl and set up a "mail me" notification -- should be pretty easy to do.
