Help & User's Guide not available
Hi there:
A mac tech came to my house today and installed SuperDuper and then had me go online to purchase the registration, which I did. However, I now cannot access SuperDuper Help or the User's Guide from the top menu Mac Help pulldown. I get this message: "Adobe Reader could not open 'User's Guide.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)." I'm thinking this is happening because of the way this was installed and/or because in the SuperDuper File folder (which is in Applications) the Guide is named something wrong - ? Any suggestions on how I can solve this? If I download the application again will it remember my serial #? Sorry to be such a nit! Thanks! |
