Question smart backup of multiple partitions at once?

I use SuperDuper very successful, to backup my OS X partition.

Now I would like, to upgrade to a bigger harddrive and will have 3 partitions:

Macintosh, Bootcamp, Archive

I would like, to plug in my external harddrive and run a smart backup, to have all OS X partitions saved in one step.

In SuperDuper, I can only pick one partition at once. How can I do the backup?

Can I do a SuperDuper backup of my bootcamp partition too, if I do it in FAT32 ?

This would save me one extra backup procedure too.
