Scheduled Backups with Fast User Switching
I understand that scheduled backups are only run if the user is currently logged in. It apears, however, that the user's account also has to be the active account under fast user switching. At least that's been my experience over the past few days. Is my conclusion correct? If yes, why is that so since other activities such as the automatic updating of pages in Safari as well as checking and downloading mail continue to work under these conditions?
