Kernel Panic attack using SD2.5

Hi Dave,

I was doing a backup to my Firewire using SD 2.5. It had nearly finished the backup when the dreaded kernel panic attacked. Obviously I had to restart but has the backup been corrupted? The crash panic log see below.

panic(cpu 1 caller 0x001D29A6): vnode_put(45a8ef4): iocount < 1

Do you think it was anything to do with SuperDuper? It isn't mentioned.

Jeffus.

Edit, I should mention Dave I had open apps open (I don't normally backing up with SD with open apps, just forgot to close them). Just done another Smart backup this time I got the freeze up. I have auto update dissabled. Got to 60,000 files out of 140,000 evaluated then progress bar stopped as did everything else apart from SD clock. Then it finished and the normal 3 green bar screen appeared.
