When I open SD! from the backup clone, and I select Mail (for example) from the applications. It opens up a new Mail window and shows current mail from today, even if I haven't run a backup for 2 days.

If it's a backup from 2 days ago, why would it show today's information. iPhoto does the same thing.

I had a Finder issue yesterday, that Apple Care had me do an Archive & Install, to see if it would fix the problem. It did fix the issue more or less, but now the iMac is running really slow and buggyish. Apps won't open on the first or second click, have to force quit and reopen to get some to work, etc.

I was thinking of doing a clean install with SD! but I haven't done it before and want to make sure it has the correct information, but everything I look at looks like my current system, today which make me wonder if that's right.
