Super Duper cannot boot from backup on external USB drive

Don't know what the deal is, but here is the log file. I used to be able to boot fine off the USB backup???

Backup seems to go fine, but the boot does not happen. In System Prefs I cannot select the backup to boot from either.

Any ideas? The OS 9 system folder in the log files is just a disk image for our network. I tried dumping the caches already.

The whole point of me buying SuperDuper was so that it would work.
