Question about backing up 2 SSD drives ion MBP

I recently installed an identical SSD 480GB 6G drive into my 2012 MacBook Pro (model 9.1) using OWC's data doubler setup (optical drive was replaced by the SSD). This drive is set up as a single partition using GUID partition table.

The primary drive is being used as my start-up drive. The 2nd drive is holding my music, pictures and video. Initially, I had hoped to somehow link the 2 drives to act as one, however, OWC said that wasn't possible.

Is it possible to back up both drives via SuperDuper at the same time? The tech rep at OWC said I could, however, could not offer specifics.

Thanks for the help.
