A Safety Clone has aliases to all 3rd party applications, as long as they're stored in /Applications.

But what it looks like here is that you're running an application while you're creating the Safety Clone that's writing actively to this rs_tmp_aiff file.

Try rebooting. If your have things set up to automatically log you in, log out. Then, at the login window, enter your password and then hold down Shift before you click the log in button, and keep it down until you're *idle* at the desktop.

Then, do not run any other applications but SuperDuper!, and try to create the Safety Clone again.
