You've never used the Software Update program, or had it apply an update? I'd strongly recommend that you run it occasionally, to fix the various things Apple corrects over the months.

Regardless, this is a common entry that's only being logged by Repair Permissions. I can't explain exactly "how" it happened except to say it has nothing to do with SuperDuper! -- it's a very common permission, although I don't remember exactly what version of Panther it first appeared.

It's important to recognize that we copy things exactly as they are on the drive. If the file has "incorrect" or "special" permissions on the original volume, we'll copy them exactly like that. But we never change the files on the source -- only on the destination...

Really -- don't be concerned about this. It's totally normal.
