Dave. Thank you so much for your kind help. Your last suggestion worked. I can't tell you how relieved I am to have this file reinstalled. Without it I would have had all sorts of problems.

Thanks to you and SuperDuper I can sleep well tonight. It's another example of the importance of backing up.
