I am doing an initial copy to a new hard disk, the copy speed is 6 to 7 MB/sec.

The setup

xserve g5
copy from internal drive (a RAID mirror)
copy to external drive via FireWire 800

Backup a specific folder

How do I tell SuperDuper to backup just a specified folder? For example, lets say that I want to just backup my document folder /Macintosh HD/Users/myuser/Documents/
