Yes, in the log that you access from the Scheduled Copies window. The log accessed from the main window will show you the last time you ran a manual backup.

That looks like SD started. What log are you looking in? Scheduled copies' logs are accessed from the Scheduled Copies window (Window > Scheduled Copies)...
