SD! and rEFIt, multiple partitions, and moving to a larger drive

My MBP currently has 4 partitions ("real" partitions - not Bootcamp):
1) MacOS
2) Vista
3) Linux
4) Linux Swap

I'm using rEFIt to multi-boot the MBP. I want to move to a larger drive and have more space on each of my partitions. I'm wondering if SD! can do this.
Before I go through the steps, I want to make sure that it can partition the new disk with 4 arbitrarily sized partitions (all bigger than the original), and get each existing partition into the correct slots.
I don't just want to end up with my existing partition sizes and a new, large, empty partition at the end of the used space.

Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

We're not going to be able to copy anything but the HFS+ volume...

Thanks. It still sounds like I'll use SD! for the HFS+ volume and a Win/Linux tool for the others.
