Double Checking

The drive to which I want to back up is partitioned-- one partition is Mac the other I use to run Windows Vista on my Mac Pro.

If I use SuperDuper, will it erase any data on my Windows partition?

No, we only touch the volume (partition) you select in the destination pop-up.
